Chef Krystal Harris, of Chef Krystal Fitness, personal chef to NBA stars, launched Trash Panda Vegan over 5 years ago, out of a passion for helping transitional vegan eaters. She launched the food truck in March of 2020 at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
